BAMBOO CRAFT STUDIO
Our studio is located in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan.
In this studio, craftsmen create over 900 different items.
Our main products include flower baskets, bamboo spoons,
and chopsticks that are popular in tea ceremonies.
The material is Japanese bamboo
We use bamboo from Mt. Rokko in Japan as the material.
This bamboo is not only of good quality, but also very durable and beautiful.
ARIMAKAGO, which we produce, has a history of over 450 years and is the
most historic bamboo craft in Japan.
Products like this were created because we have an abundance of high-quality materials.
Make materials
Bamboo that has been felled cannot be used immediately as a material.
The bamboo is dried by exposing it to sunlight to remove moisture.
After that, we will cut the material to the appropriate size for the product.
All processes are done by hand.
